👀 What you’ll leave with

By the end of this you’ll have:

✅ A clearer definition of what “ownership” actually means

✅ A way to spot where ownership is getting fuzzy inside your company

✅ A simple test for what your team should be able to decide without the founder

✅ A downloadable worksheet to identify and map your biggest ownership gaps

Before we get into the template...

One of my favorite startup conversations goes something like this:

“Oh, you did that?”

“I thought I was doing that.”

“No, I thought YOU were doing that.”

“Wait, who told the client?”

Cool.

Love this for us. We are thriving.

Usually, I start noticing ownership problems before anyone calls them ownership problems.

There are a million questions flying around Slack.

Meetings get added because nobody is quite sure who should make the call.

Two people do the same thing.

Something else gets done by nobody.

A handoff happens halfway.

Someone tells a client one thing while another person is working from completely different information.

Eventually, yes, you get an angry customer, but usually the internal mess shows up first.
