The communication cadence I install when a 10–30 person company is running from Slack instead of systems.

👀 What you’ll leave with

By the end of this you’ll have:

✅ The operating rhythm I use as a starting point with most growing SaaS companies

✅ The purpose of every recurring meeting

✅ Rules for when meetings should (and absolutely shouldn’t) exist

✅ A downloadable worksheet to audit your own company’s rhythm

Before we get into the template...

The first thing I look at when I join a company isn’t Notion.

It isn’t Jira.

It isn’t Slack.

It IS the calendar.

Because the calendar tells me how work actually moves through a company.

I don’t care how many AI tools you’re using.

If every answer still ends with someone tagging the founder...

If Engineering has no idea what Sales promised...

If Customer Success finds out about product changes from customers...

...your problem isn’t communication.

Your company doesn’t have an operating rhythm.

Most startups think they need fewer meetings.

Most actually need meetings that know what job they’re supposed to do.
