I ask because I get the sense that you're either talking about a startup that has started generating some steady and growing revenue and/or already in ready to scale up phase?
The context for my half-question (😋) is because I've started mentoring some very early stage startups (discovery & fit testing phases), and I liked getting this peek into later stage advisory considerations.
Really cool checklist. I definitely find me and my founders team in a few of them 😬 hope we’ll realise fast enough when it’s time to change some things so we don’t create our own bottlenecks while growing.
All great points, the first thing I thought of was the quality of documentation so I'm glad we're on the same page.

Love this! A VC friend told me the exact same thing last week, especially the “founder as bottleneck” part.
