When the world feels heavy, leaders don’t need perfect words. They need honesty, clarity, and enough empathy to remember that the people doing the work are human too.
Love this. The first place I worked was all in on transparency and it really showed me the ways that sharing more -- especially in the right way or in the right context -- can be hugely helpful for people (both professionally and personally)
This is so good. I love that you acknowledged everything going on in the world right now as it's the silent killer that is I think bringing people down. Acknowledgement of everything that people carry us so important, and psychological safety comes from emotional intelligence and relationship building, which leads to mutual respect.

It changes the way you look at everything if you have a workplace that makes you feel safe and heard!

Thanks, Phil!! It really doesn't take a ton to make your team feel safe, heard, and valued.
