These are the prompts I use inside client engagements (the same ones that unearth broken handoffs, lost revenue, and the mysterious “we thought someone else was doing that”). These will truly help you see the big picture.

Taken together, they map across your full lifecycle:

Prospect → Closed-Won → Onboarding → Activation → Renewal

Use them to spot patterns, excuses, and friction you’ve probably normalized.
Just remember: prompts show you the chaos, but the real clarity comes from knowing what to do with what you find.
